Kauai Vacation Rental Rates
The nightly rate for the entire property is $695
We respectfully require a 4-night minimum unless filling a gap in the calendar that is less than 4 nights or if the booking is within 14 days.
Other than the online booking promotion below, there are no price breaks for bookings less than 7 nights. However, we will consider the following situations for discounting and reduced pricing:
1. "30-in-30"
This is an HVH benefit for travelers looking to make last minute travel plans. If the booking is made within 30 days of the check-in, there is a 30% discount PLUS the Special Promotion below.
2. Calendar Flexibility
If a traveler is willing to be flexible with their schedule to fill a hole in our calendar, we will offer a discounted rate. For instance, if there is a 5 night window, we will often extend the weekly discount because the traveler is filling a gap in the calendar.
3. Non-profit/Charitable Work
If the traveler is doing good works for the world, we want to make their special trip to Kauai more affordable. At HVH we believe strongly in Philanthropy, and believe in paying it forward.
4. Extended Stay
We have offered aggressive discounts to travelers looking to book for two weeks or more.
